Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. At the end of it you tell us to start billing or you do not — and if you do not, the account stops rather than quietly renewing. Your data is still there if you come back.

You pay for ten months and get twelve. It is the same product either way; annual exists because a club treasurer would rather write one cheque in September than twelve across a season. You can switch at a renewal.

There is no hardware in the Team App at all — it runs on the phones your families already own and in any browser. The only hardware we sell is the Pitch Call wrist unit, and that is bought separately on the Pitch Call plan.

We build it with you. You tell us the camp — the days, the stations, the groups — we set it up and hand it over, and you look at it before anything is charged. It is not self-serve yet and we would rather say so than put a button here that fails.

That is the default. The two per-camp plans are a one-off for that event, not a subscription — you are not left paying for software in February for a camp you ran in July. Year-round exists only for programmes that genuinely run all year.

Every camp and clinic you run in the year, as many as you run, with everything the unlimited per-camp plan has in it. It makes sense somewhere around the third event.

Yes. Pitch Call is sold as the wrist unit plus a plan, not as software you add a watch to later. It is bought once rather than rented, and one is enough for most teams — each additional one costs the same again.

No, and this is the one product on this site without one. We cannot hand somebody a wrist unit for thirty days and hope it comes back, so Pitch Call is a purchase and a commitment to a monthly or annual plan. Ask us anything before you buy.

The phone keeps running the game. The call, the count and the log all live on the phone; the wrist unit is a display and an acknowledge button. It tells you plainly when the link is weak or gone rather than pretending the call went out.
